The kitchenette in our room allowed us to prepare some meals, which helped save costs. Staff at the water park were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had fun. On the downside, our room felt a bit worn down. There was still some sand on the floor, even before hitting the beach. The dining options could use improvement. breakfast tasted microwaved and didn’t justify the price. Plus, the parking fees felt excessive on top of our already high bill. Overall, a solid trip, but they could use some updates on food and facility maintenance.

We had a decent time at the resort, especially enjoyed the ocean front view and the water park that kept the kids entertained all day! But the experience was marred a bit due to some maintenance issues that came up, like broken light bulbs and a loud pool staff member.

The oceanfront queen efficiency had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The balcony was nice for views, but some parts were outdated. The indoor pool was closed for two nights, and the hot tub was too cold. Housekeeping was subpar with unclean beds and mildew. Food service was super slow but had a good menu.

During my stay, I loved how close we were to gorgeous Myrtle Beach State Park, making it easy to enjoy nature walks. Being just a few minutes away from the vibrant Springmaid Pier added so much excitement to our trip. The room offered a nice oceanfront view, perfect for watching the sunrise, but some basic amenities could use improvement.
